We received notice that a party claiming to be a Seattle Municipal Court Marshal is calling residents about court warrants and requesting money.
If you receive a call like this, it is a scam. SMC Marshals will never call you about a warrant or to request money.

If you want to check whether you have a warrant for a Seattle Municipal Court criminal case, you can look up your case information using our court information portal. Search for your case number under the “Case Information” tab. If you don’t know your case number, you can search by your name and birthdate under the “Defendant Search” tab to find criminal case(s).
