You are invited to participate in the One Seattle Day of Service on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
Mayor Harrell, together with local leaders, City employees, and residents of Seattle will be rolling up their sleeves, coming together, and giving back to our community through a wide array of service opportunities, including cleaning and beautification, gardening and restoration, helping neighbors in need, and more.
We invite you, your family, and your friends to join a diverse group of public, private, and non-profit partners and organizations on this citywide day of volunteerism.
Register now for over 3,000 volunteer shifts at over 110 events throughout Seattle.
Almost half of the events are open to all ages and over one third are open to all abilities.
There’s more! Anyone with unpaid ticket fines owed to Seattle Municipal Court may sign up to have their One Seattle Day community service hours applied toward their unpaid ticket balance. Once registered for an event, individuals with unpaid ticket fines will be eligible to receive up to three hours of community service credit ($56) applied towards their unpaid fines on a parking ticket, camera ticket, or non-criminal traffic infraction ticket. After registering for an event, individuals wishing to take advantage of this opportunity must complete this form prior to completing their community service.*

*Credit will be applied upon successful completion and verification of community service work. After the event, the Court will reach out to registered individuals via email, telephone, or USPS mail with information on any remaining amount owed and options to take care of remaining balances. All credit will be applied to tickets issued before May 21, 2023. One Seattle Day of Service hours cannot be used or applied to future fines and will not be accepted for criminal fines
