Beginning October 2, 2023, King County 211 will be available for live calls, text, chat, and email support from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with on-demand texting databases remaining available 24/7. King County 211 connects people to comprehensive information on health and human services, such as housing assistance, help with financial needs, or information on the nearest food banks. - Mysti’s Adult and Family Services connects clients on Medicaid to rent assistance, utility help, housing support, and employment.
